I retained for an appeal to attack jurisdiction in a case. See the breif he was hired to follow which he ignored, https://efactssc-public.flcourts.org/casedocuments/2020/598/2020-598_brief_137540_juris20initial20brief.pdf Instead of doing his job and filing a paper similar to the above, he filed a paper requesting a new trial which placed me in double jeopardy of a 2nd criminal prosecution. To fix this I had to dismiss the appeal because of his misconduct and refusal to file the proper papers. Terrible. All he was directed to do was to file the above paper, instead he put me in jeopardy of going to jail for a case that was over.
